We are looking for a team player who is passionate about Food & Beverages and is excited about creating great experiences for customers to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Job Description

Your will be responsible for but not limited to the following management operations:

  • Assist the Restaurant/Floor Manager in daily operations to deliver quality food, service, and ambiance to our guests
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are maintained consistently, including service recovery, restaurant task cycle and cost control
  • Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business
  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as required by SFA regulations and company’s requirements
  • Learning and applying inventory management and procurement process
  • Reporting of weekly progress and learning pointers
  • Assist with administration handling
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant/Floor Manager
