Job Description

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about Food & Beverage and is excited about creating great experiences for customers.

Your will be responsible for but not limited to the following culinary operations:

  • Contribute ideas in creating new recipes and customise menus
  • Assist with food preparation to maintain high standards and consistency
  • Take responsibility and assist with food checks – preparation, quality and quantity
  • Engage in improving the menu through feedbacks and suggestions
  • Responsible for hygiene and sanitation
  • Assist with administration handling
  • Engage in planning the orders of ingredients
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef
