 Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer-related enquiries and emails 
• Handle exchange requests, perform quality checks on return parcels 
• Process and pack orders in a timely manner 
• Manage inventory in warehouse and at consignees 
• Prepare stock and send down to consignment locations 
• Assist in administrative matters and ad-hoc duties of the team 
• Work selected shifts at retail outlet if required

Requirements: 

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken 
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and high computer literacy 
• Able to work independently and flexible 
• Open to poly graduates with an interest in backend e-commerce operations 
• Past experience in operations and customer service will be a plus 
• Excellent attention to detail, and patient
• Singaporean preferred (no work pass available)
