About the Role

As a Marketing Intern – KOL Management, you’ll work closely with DeCard’s marketing team to directly source, onboard, and manage KOLs across key markets, supporting creator-led campaigns from outreach to content rollout. Your responsibilities will include:

What You Will Do

• Direct KOL sourcing & outreach - Identify, research, and proactively reach out to KOLs and creators across Web3, fintech, payments, andlifestyle verticals. Manage end-to-end outreach conversations, negotiate basic collaboration terms, and support onboarding.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of KOL collaborations — including briefing creators, aligning on deliverables, tracking timelines, reviewing content submissions, and ensuring posts go live as planned and on-brand.
• Work alongside KOL managers in different markets to check in on ongoing collaborations, track progress, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly.
• Tracking performance & reporting - Monitor KOL performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), compile reports, and surface insights on what’s working and where engagement can be improved.
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team across campaignsand initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to both strategy and execution in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

What You Bring

Core Requirements

• Prior experience working with KOLs or creators is a strong plus (e.g. creator outreach, influencer marketing, talent/creator agencies, brand collaborations, or managing your own creator partnerships)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging external partners
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, fintech, creators, or digital communities
• Active on social media; bonus if you follow KOLs, creators, or Web3 communities closely
