We are seeking an experienced freelance Technical Writer / Instructional Designer for a new role in our company.
The goal of this role is to manage and improve our product documentation and training materials, including: * Confluence hosted product documentation * Training materials used in classroom and on line courses, perhaps creating new on demand content * Videos, currently in YouTube * Possibly write content for our website * Propose improvements
You need to have * Good experience with Confluence and Scroll add-ons * Web designer experience, enough to make Confluence sing * Experience authoring software product documentation and training materials, using single source technology * Experience editing screen capture videos with Camtasia, to create slick professional outcomes
This is a freelance position, you can work remote and in our shared office space. Our expectation is 20-30 SGD/hr.
