We’re looking for a hands-on Field Application Engineer who loves building, testing, fixing, and making things work — both in the lab and out in the field. You’ll be the bridge between our product team and the real world — flashing firmware one day, and troubleshooting live setups on-site the next.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go on site visits to collect data, deploy, test, and support our hardware in real environments.

• Handle firmware programming and updates for devices — including testing new releases and debugging issues.

• Diagnose and repair faulty or returned units — figure out what went wrong and make it right.

• Run QC checks before shipping — every device that leaves our lab should be rock-solid.

• Take care of hardware shipping and logistics — packing, labeling, and tracking devices heading to customers.

• Collaborate with the product and software teams to share field insights and improve reliability.

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Are comfortable working with electronics, firmware tools, and test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).

• Understand CANbus, embedded systems, and IoT hardware (bonus points if you’ve worked on EV or telematics systems).

• Don’t mind getting your hands dirty — whether that’s soldering a connector or fixing an issue on-site.

• Can juggle both lab testing and field visits without missing the details.

• Enjoy being part of a small, fast-moving team where your impact is direct and visible.
