Job Description
What we are looking for:
- We’re looking for a motivated IT Engineer with hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential. Experience with IT projects or system migrations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Prepare/remove systems for new or departing staff & provide internal helpdesk support
- Schedule virus scans, system backups
- Assist in sales support as well as data security operations
- Evaluate, migrate to new systems where appropriate
- Manage, update internal IT administration documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, routers, firewalls).
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware/software/network issue
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Experience with project management or working on IT projects can be beneficial.
