As our Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage and route leads, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process. You will be the central point of contact for incoming leads, evaluating their potential and allocating them to the appropriate sales representatives. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to maintain accurate records, track lead progression, and facilitate seamless communication between the sales team and potential clients.

Job Description

As our Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage and route leads, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process. You will be the central point of contact for incoming leads, evaluating their potential and allocating them to the appropriate sales representatives. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to maintain accurate records, track lead progression, and facilitate seamless communication between the sales team and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and evaluate incoming leads, qualifying them based on predefined criteria
  • Accurately enter and maintain lead information in our CRM system
  • Assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory, expertise, and availability
  • Monitor and track lead progression through the sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the Management team
  • Proactively follow up on leads to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales coordination role
  • Proficiency in using Google sheets, microsoft excel and CRM software
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with interior design or related industries is a plus
