Start Date : End April 2022
- Provide quality service and attend to customer's orders, cashiering & packing of food items.
- Preparation of ingredients for baking, toppings & piping (decorating of tarts)
- On site baking and ensuring to follow company's SOP
- Sign up customers to loyalty program
- Daily maintenance for outlet’s cleanliness to meet operational service, hygiene, and safety standards
- Responsible for opening and closing of outlet (dependent on shift)
- Cleaning, dishwashing & ensure equipments are cleaned & maintained daily
- Stock take & inventory
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Other Requirements
- Passionate in baking and pastry
- Enjoys customer interaction and have experience in service
- Proactive, service oriented, pleasant and willing to learn
- Shift work, willing to work on weekends & public holidays
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Holds a Food Safety Hygiene Certification is a plus
