Portfolio I: CAPEX

This role has been created to support the global CAPEX Category sourcing activities, which include tendering & RFQ analysis, supplier negotiation, supplier performance management, project implementation, stakeholder engagement and alignment. 

Job Mission:

Building and update the CAPEX data base;
Support the Standardization of RFQ used for Tendering;
Support the Supplier evaluation program;
Support the study of water line supplier strategy and speed strategy;
Manage the tendering and Negotiation, benchmark and analyse the detail cost drive.
Support the innovation investigation.

Portfolio II: Shield Program Coordinator

Shield is the key program in supporting the security of material supply in Danone's Water business. This program consists of 3 continuous activities – SEDEX, BCP and Contract management. As the Shield Program Coordinator, he/she will have to coordinate and animate the Shield program in order to ensure that all suppliers are compliant with the program. 

Job Mission:

Follow up the data input from CBUs, analyse those data and provide the advice for the continuously improvement.
Generate the report in for the top level meeting.
Support the Manager and VP of SSD to animate the program and reach the yearly target.

Part III: Preference

Education: Business School or Engineer School

Skills & Experiences:

Strong Data analytical Skill
Strong Project management Skills
Good Excel and Power Point skills
Strong analytical and Negotiation Skills, purchasing experiences will be preferred
Communication Skill and people engagement
Able to work under pressure
Self-learning capability

Language: Fluent in English
