The office in Singapore oversees business development of the passenger and commercial vehicle business in Singapore, South Asia & South Pacific region and is the Asia-Pacific & African headquarters for the financial services division. Our job is to define business requirements for a retail app’s functionality, UX design, rollout and integrations. We work closely with the regional Center of Competence (IT) and external agencies to realize our concepts. Our apps have been deployed in over 10 markets - and many more are planned in 2019.
Our main project, SalesTouch - an attractive and seamless iPad app for retail staff to facilitate the entire sales discussion with customers. From lead management to product presentation, financing, all the way to signing a digital contract.
Your main tasks will include:
Assisting the team in Digital Customer Touchpoints
Working closely with APAC Markets and gathering business requirements for current and future improvements to the SalesTouch platform, and/or upcoming developments.
Suggest improvements on the user interface and the user experience. These changes will directly enhance the lives of our sales consultants in countries where these platforms are deployed.
Develop novel and exciting concepts for marketing and promotion of SalesTouch to other markets and dealers.
