Your role in the DFS Business Control will encompass the following:

• Identify and address risks:
  • Assist department on process and business controls related topics
  • Ensure all business controls issues are consistently remediated throughout the AAP entities in line with global requirements as identified by the global and functional business controls group.
  • Ensure risk and audit items are appropriately addressed in the region and steps are taken to mitigate future risks.
  • Operational Experience in F&C, Credit or Sales
• Enterprise Risk Management:
  • Support in establishing effective Enterprise Risk Management process and work together with the entities to ensure it is maintained and supports the strategy of each entity.
• Other Adhoc projects as requested by management

Special Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor in Business or any related field of studies;
• Knowledge of financial accounting process and systems would be an advantage;
• Experience in business operation a bonus;
• Good planning & organisation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international and intercultural context;
• Highly-motivated individual and able to work independently;
• Ability and willingness to travel within the AAP region.
