This is an exciting opportunity to join Cycling Bears as a founding team member in the Sales and Marketing team, as part of the digital team. If you love fitness and design, and have a passion for copywriting, this is THE role for you. 

Role Description

• Help drive sales on www.cyclingbears.com by helping with the website design, planning, scheduling and executing digital campaigns in accordance with the company strategy.
• Research, generate and update website content/ products/ images/ promotions/ banners and ensure the website is kept up to date at all times.
• Create content and write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Respond to customer enquiries on email, Instagram and Facebook
• Track, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and produce insights to improve future initiatives
• Optimise content for SEO
• Manage ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Passion in e-Commercie/ digital industry
• Fluent in English; other languages an asset.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Customer service oriented and strong interpersonal communication.
• Strong organization skills and able to work under tight deadlines
• Interest in sports and fitness or interior design
• Able to commit at least 3 months (6 months preferred)
