- Works closely with creative and media agencies on above the line advertising and execution of retail marketing activities.
- Keep abreast of the product and market offerings to customise marketing strategies in line with the Kia brand and targeted consumer groups.
- Liaise closely with Principal on the approved guidelines and ensure that all marketing initiatives are in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Tracks sales team performance via leads collected, call rates and test drive, conversion figures.
- Manages Kia showroom display for car displays, seasonal showroom decoration and point of sale materials such as car decals, price lists and specification sheets.
- Manages the database for customer communication and activities.
- Maintains the Kia website to ensure it adheres to the corporate guidelines and to feature the latest car products; including on social media sites such as Facebook.
- Co-ordinates the printing of collateral such as catalogues and price lists during new car launches, roadshows and showroom events and circulation of communication materials to sales team.
- Consolidate monthly PR coverage in Marketing Report format by end of each month.
- Analyses performance indices for marketing events and operations and provide recommendations that aid in driving sales performance.
- Work closely with internal partners to drive marketing initiatives which ultimately lead to new car sales.
- Provides support in executing customer events held at the showroom and product launches.
