Cyberdyne Tech Exchange – Finance Manager

Cyberdyne Tech Exchange is a digital green exchange licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and powered by Nasdaq’s advanced trading and surveillance technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Manage full accounting operations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare monthly financial and regulatory reports, profit and cash flow projections, and financial analysis.
• Manage financial planning, policies, processing, forecasting and budgets.
• Preparation and review of relevant MAS reports for licensed entities.
• Review & implementation of internal controls, and manage the in-house internal control system. 
• Manage changes to accounting systems and processes to ensure front to back processing is accurate and complete.
• Support various audits, inspections and tax submissions as per regulatory requirements.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines.
• 5 - 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience in Finance, preferably at a financial institution or accounting & audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, principles and procedures.
• Experience with full set entity accounting and preparation of financial statement, including consolidation.
• Experience with MAS reporting.
• Experience with full audit procedure.
• Experience with project management, system implementation (preferably NetSuite) and UAT process.
• Display sound knowledge of relevant regulations, laws and taxation rules.
• Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including team members and senior management.
• Professional and possess strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Independent, pro-active with effective problem-solving skills
