Enterprise Support Intern - January to June 2023 (Full Time / Part Time)
What Will You Do
From the growing market in need of protection with proven security solution and internal promotions, we are actively looking for a Enterprise Support intern to support our regional market. This will be a broad role that will involve investigating and resolving technical questions related to CyberArk's Product Suite. You will play a vital role in:
- Providing our Global Customers, the technical support that they require relating to CyberArk's product suite, ensuring that they get the most out of their CyberArk experience
- Leveraging your empathy and communications skills to address customer issues, prioritizing customer interactions to expedite urgent escalations
- Collaborating and swarming with your teammates and CyberArk's Engineering teams to resolve customer issues. Analyse ticket data, identify incident root cause, draft Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report and follow possible resolution within the stipulated service level agreement
- Cultivating an environment of cooperation and knowledge sharing
