  • Ensure plasma screen are shown with correct slides and upload the welcome screen when there are visitors.
  • Receive and attend to visitors and inform the host of visitor(s) arrival.
  • Maintain security procedures on monitoring log records and taking visitors’ temperature after scanning the QR code. 
  • Issuing temporary passes for visitors or contractors when required.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to intended recipients.
  • Handle incoming, outgoing, local, and international mails and courier services.
  • Assist to book meeting rooms and meeting room set up when required.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle and manage the purchase of office supplies such as stationaries, toners and cartridges, copier papers, printed papers, business cards, and pantry items are at a sufficient stock level at all times.
  • Collecting daily mails and distribution.
  • Managing daily incoming faxes, and info emails.
  • Handle and manage franking machines.
  • Scan interbank currency rate from Business Times paper and email to all departments.
  • Update telephone lists to all staff.
  • To prepare coffee for visitors and guests.
  • Any other duties as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level with 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Pro-active and positive working attitude
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proactive
  • Performing duties diligently
