Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the business partnering team with day to day functions including onboarding, offboarding, etc
  • Undertake projects such as policy and process documentation, talent retention, process improvement and automation, employer branding, HR analytics
  • Be involved in HR engagement and DE&I activities

Requirements

  • Degree/Poly undergraduate in Business Studies or related disciplines with preferably specialization in Human Resources
  • Self-driven, resourceful, meticulous and creative
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, video creation and editing
  • Willing to commit at least 3 to 6-month
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
