Customer Relations Officer (Part Time / Full Time) - Fun and Casual Environment!
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Resolve customer's enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Escalate when necessary and other adhoc tasks
- GCE 'N' Level or above or other equivalent certifications
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
- Able to commit to at least 3 times of schedule per week
