We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Management intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity for you to gain practical experience in project management, cost and commercial administration. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced professionals, contributing to various aspects of project and cost management.

Job Description
  • Assist in design concept development, space planning, and schematic design coordination for corporate, retail, and industrial interiors.
  • Support the selection and coordination of finishes, furniture, materials, and color palettes aligned with client goals and brand identity.
  • Participate in reviewing and organizing architectural and interior design documentation, drawings, and renderings.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is communicated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to design presentations and client pitch materials with clear visuals, layouts, and storytelling.
  • Research current design trends, sustainability materials, and innovations in workplace strategy.
  • Attend site visits and design meetings, recording key decisions and observations to support documentation.
  • Support the preparation of design briefs and client engagement reports.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit; familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and passion for design innovation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and design documentation is preferred but not required.
