We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Intern to support the Head of Research in a range of data-driven and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of research, real estate, and investment insights. You will play a critical role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data that feeds into our proprietary databases on investment trends, office markets, and industrial sectors.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the gathering, cleaning, and validation of data from public and proprietary sources
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal databases related to investment, office, and industrial markets
  • Conduct desktop research and monitor key market indicators and trends
  • Analyze and visualize data using Excel and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, R)
  • Prepare periodic reports, charts, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with the Research team to generate insights for strategic decision-making
  • Document data sources and methodologies to ensure database accuracy and transparency
  • Support other research activities as required by the Head of Research

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Python will be a plus
  • Interest in real estate markets, investment trends, and economic research
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
