Job Description
Responsibility in:
- Handle catering enquiries through phone and emails.
- Prepare confirmation order as per customers' orders..
- Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations team and ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- Establish customer relationship by building good rapport with them.
- May need to generate new corporate clients through cold calling non-peak month.
Requirements are:
- No experience is needed as training will be provided.
- Outgoing personality, highly motivated and a team player.
- Possess great service attitude and enjoy talking / meeting people in all walks of life.
