• To supervise in the packing, loading, transporting and delivering of items to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner
• To review orders before and after delivery to ensure that they are complete, the charges are accurate and the customers are satisfied
• To check and tag all shipment received at the warehouse
• To conduct customer visits/ site inspections when necessary to ensure heavy, bulky and delicate items are delivered safely and without damage
• To ensure all documentation such as purchase orders are recorded correctly and completed for every delivery
• To prepare quality control report for defective or damage items for submission to the suppliers
• In-charge of the store's occasional refresh and mini-refresh

Shop Maintenance

• To ensure all lighting fixtures and electrical wirings are functioning and are safely installed
• To liaise and supervise handymen when necessary for the installation of lighting fixtures, electrical wiring, furniture, etc.
• To look after the heath and safety of staff and customers
• To carry out and ensure the cleanliness of the shop premises
