Cudy headquarters is currently located in the centre of Singapore's downtown core at Singapore Management University's co-working office managed by the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. You can locate us at 60 Stamford Road, Singapore 178900. Linked directly to Bras Besah MRT and 5 minutes walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. 1 minute walk to Koufu and 3 minutes walk to Food Republic.

Job Description

Responsibilities
Set specific marketing goals
Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
Analyze sales and marketing metrics
Forecast market trends
Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
Address advertising needs
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
Establish a strong, long-term web presence
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and customer service, web and mobile development to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
REQUIREMENTS
Background experience with Marketing strategies or Marketing concepts
Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Understanding of web design
Great communication skills (verbal and written)
Good analytical skills
Team management skills
Background experience as a Social media manager
Hands on experience in content management
Great copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
