Coordinate the handover of completed residential units to purchasers.
Carry out inspection for residential units and common areas to check for defects and follow up with contractors to rectify defects.
Build good rapport with the purchasers by managing their concerns.
Working closely with Management Corporation.
Any other tasks, projects, and/or assignments may be allocated or assigned to you from time to time at the discretion of the Company.
