Crown Digital is a smart Internet of Things (IoT) start-up addressing problems faced in the F&B industry. Founded in 2018 by former wealth manager and coffee enthusiast Keith Tan, Crown Digital has also conceptualised and created ELLA, Singapore’s first robotic barista, propelling it to international recognition, having been featured in the NRF2020 in the USA and GITEX 2020 in the Middle East. In a time when manpower woes and socially distanced interactions are the bane of the service industry, Bytes Station demonstrates how smart retail solutions can be embedded purposefully into traditional F&B functions.. A robot barista that serves up to 200 cups of gourmet coffee per hour. A self-service, fully contactless sandwich and smoothie kiosk with its own digital locker. All operating on a lean team supported by an IoT-connected software that allows you to order and pay directly from your mobile app; while using deep learning and predictive analytics to keep things running and optimised from end-to-end.
Crown Technologies is the holding company of Crown Digital Pte Ltd and Crown Coffee Pte Ltd.
What you need to do:
- Introducing ELLA (Robotic Coffee Machine) and delivering the ELLA Experience to new users and coffee enthusiasts
- Representing ELLA (by Crown Digital) as a Brand Ambassador, providing excellent customer service and support
- Increasing the reach of ELLA to more users
- Assist in simple troubleshooting and fulfillment operations (topping up coffee beans/ milk, tidy up the area)
Training will be provided!
What are we looking for:
- Outgoing, passionate & customer oriented individuals
- Coffee Enthusiast (or love talking to people if you don't love coffee)
- Prior experience in F&B or retail will be a plus
- Minimum commitment of 3 months (long term part timers are welcomed)
- Able to work at least 3 days per week (inclusive of weekends but it is not a must to work on weekends)
Incentives $$ will also be given based on performance
Working Locations: CENTRAL/ EAST/ NORTH EAST (including Changi Airport)
Duration: (subjected to different locations)
Monday to Sunday
- 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm
- 8am to 3pm
- 8am to 5pm
