Crossworks Company Limited – Community Intern

Companies in Singapore face high manpower costs, while Myanmar tackles a brain drain due to a lack of opportunities. 

With our mission to Discover, Develop and Deploy Burmese talent, Crossworks aims to provide companies with a cost efficient means to fill staff positions in the areas of Accounting/Admin, Social Media and Media Production while putting an obligation on these companies to train.  

We have opened our first micro-office in Yangon, the economic capital of Myanmar, and would be looking to increase our footprint in the city and beyond, as demand for talents grow.

- Communicate directly with our CEO and Myanmar Manager to foster learning and development of crossworks employees

- Grow the community of applicants together with Myanmar team

Requirements:

- 75% time in Myanmar (accomodation/transport paid)

- Creative drive/mind, willingness to learn and explore, preferably media trained
