Cross Ratio Entertainment Pte Ltd – Event / Media Assistant

• Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects
• Responsible for Event, Partnership and other Marketing activities
• Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
• Budget adherence and tracking
• Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization
• Project administration and management of workflow
• Onsite execution and delivery of event.
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

•  Must be good in writing, editing and proofreading skills • Ability to work independently • Must have knowledge of social media platforms • Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustration is a plus. • Support the team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting a high level of production standards.
