We know you're more a blabber than a reader (don't get us wrong, that's what we need), but take a few minutes to read this, because we could find you lots of people to talk to!

So, you really like getting to know new people and making bonds. And wow, you are good at it! People say you could be a psychiatrist, because you understand how to calm clients when they freak out (which luckily isn't too often when you have a great team working with you). But you simply know that a small gesture, such as sorely raised eyebrows or a hand on a shoulder followed by calm words, can change things in a glimpse. In other words, you act like Drake but in a damn wise way!

Clients feel safe and sound by your side because you are more like a friend to them. Why of course, you can have lunch meetings if needed. And drink beer. Or Chinese tea. In Singapore, KL, Jakarta, or wherever - we'll pay for flights and hotel... Ok, enough. We know you love your job. Satisfying a client is simply your personal satisfaction.

The thing is - you are consistent and you set expectations in advance, so your clients know that their business is in good hands. Don't forget that the way they see you, they see us. Yes, we are one! So romantic…

You know when and how to give compliments. The little time it takes to say "thank you, I've loved working together on phase 1 and look forward to phase 2" is guaranteed to make your client happy. Ok, we copied the last sentence from some "10 steps to making grumpy clients happy" article, but you know what we mean.

You understand IT and its impact on the world, especially in Asia, where everyone wants to be more innovative, faster, simply the best. You understand how the software development industry works and what can be delivered in real time. We need our clients to know it, too. But that's not a problem for you, is it?
