Job Description

Proposal Creation

  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and fellow interns to develop compelling proposals in line with client briefs and industry best practices.
  • Ensure each proposal is strategically aligned with client objectives and clearly demonstrates our agency’s capabilities and value proposition.

Content Planning

  • Develop and execute content plans for both our internal (agency) channels and client accounts, tailored to each brand's voice and goals.
  • Create engaging, high-quality digital content including social media posts, blog entries, and email marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and adhere to brand guidelines.

Team Collaboration

  • Attend in-person team meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday to align on project updates, brainstorm campaign ideas, and strategize content or marketing direction.
  • Join client meetings to gather insights, understand objectives, and contribute to content proposals and campaign strategies.

Media Buying & Campaign Optimization

  • Assist in the setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Learn and apply best practices in ad optimization to improve campaign performance — training will be provided.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Support the creation of performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite analytics.
  • Interpret data to uncover insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.

Research & Market Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and industry research to inform campaign development and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
