- Provide full administrative support to HR Business Partnering Team
- Prepare HR documents and letters
- Coordinate all HR-related meetings and events
- Arrange Job Interviews
- Scan and Upload of HR documents
- Contribute to the improvement of talent management/resourcing strategy and plans
- Support research, data collection, analysis in areas of leadership development and talent management
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
