Job Description

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team! We are offering a part to full time opportunity where you will be involved in various aspects of the business, with special focus on sales and operations. If you love dressing up and have a keen eye for fashion, this is the perfect opportunity!

The Sales & Operations Internship involves the day-to-day running of the store. To ensure promotions run accurately and to the company's standards. Make sure that excellent customer care standards are met at all times.

Operations Manager will also be required to deal with:

  • Customer Service;
  • Styling;
  • Product Uploads;
  • Inventory Management.

Duration: 4 - 6 months or more

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring standards for quality and customer service are met;
  • Respond to customer requests and help customers in the showroom;
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments;
  • Create and manage customer profiles;
  • Upload products onto Covetella Shopify website;
  • Maintain and keep track of inventory;
  • Proactively reach out to customers to remind them of available inventory;
  • Advise on inventory needed to fit customer needs;
  • Increase sales and ensure efficiency;
  • Organizing special promotions, displays and events;
  • Updating head management on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
  • Identify and/or resolve urgent issues.

Requirements

  • Past working experience in customer service;
  • Good customer service oriented attitude;
  • Excellent relationship management skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Flexible work schedule;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Able to offer styling advice or consultation to clients;
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
  • Working knowledge of product management;
  • Singapore resident.

What You Will Learn

Candidates will learn an array of skills including: operations, ecommerce site management, customer service and styling consultations. The candidate will experience work in a high paced startup environment and be involved in any related PR and marketing events.
