Job Title: Marketing Content & Creative Intern

Job Type: 3-6 month paid internship

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Purpose: We’re looking for super-star undergraduates and graduates to join our ambitious and fast growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing our beautiful co-living spaces, selling our offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

Goals/Deliverables:

• Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable content and creative assets.

• Increase website traffic through social media initiatives

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, set up and style professional photoshoots and VR shoots of new properties according to brand guidelines. Work with external vendors to schedule shoots in a timely manner once properties are ready.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure new property assets are edited well, and uploaded to website and real estate classifieds to drive enquiries. 

• Assist in video content production such as shooting short video content for the purpose of social media.

• Brainstorm, plan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns with the wider marketing team

• Proactively share new marketing ideas to reach our target customer.

Experience and Qualifications Required: 

Essential 

• Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree or postgraduate in any field (Communications, Design, Marketing or related field is a bonus)

  • Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Premiere Pro is a plus)

  • Good copywriting skills

Preferred 

• Experience with social media content planning

• Experience in production and video shoot
