Traineeship Description: This position reports to our Operations Manager. The role purpose is to ensure that Cove co-living properties are maintained to a high standard and ensure that our tenants and landlords receive and excellent service from the company.
Specific Responsibilities: Trainee to be involved in:
1. Appointment and management of specialist contractors
2. Tenant check-ins and check-outs
3. Procurement of maintenance and repair services and parts
4. Cost reporting and budget management
5. Reporting on team performance KPIs
6. Contributing to the development of standard operating practices(SOPs)
7. Updating tenants on the status of open tickets
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Dealing with multiple stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting interests and objectives
2. Data and financial analysis
3. Customer service
4. Planning and prioritization
5. Development of SOPs
Highest Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma ideally in Facilities Management or Operations
Duration ofTraineeship/s: 12 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a.Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b.Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
