Job Description

Role Purpose: To ensure COVE offers a best in class coliving experience to all our tenants.

Goals/Deliverables:

  • Properties set-up within agreed time targets
  • Property set-up right first time 
  • Maintenance issues resolved within agreed time targets
  • Tenant satisfaction scores high 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with COVE real estate team, Landlord or Landlord's agents, to ensure all works and preparatory tasks have been fulfilled
  • Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, to ensure we capture in full the state in which the property was handed over by the landlord
  • Onboard new COVE properties (including arranging and supervising furniture / utilities / services installation, liaising with condo management and quality control)
  • Establish and improve property on-boarding SOPs (standard operating practices)
  • Improving efficiencies across the end-to-end process
  • Manage stock levels of small furnishings and household items
  • Support on ad-hoc data processing and analysis processes
  • Checking in and out tenants 
  • Coordinating the performance of regular and reactive maintenance such as air conditioning servicing, plumbing and appliance repairs, furniture replacement etc. 
  • Deliver great customer service to tenants through timely and proactive communication on maintenance tickets and check-ins and check-outs 

 

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management or related disciplines.(Candidate without prior experience is welcome to apply!)

 

Core Skills/Competencies:

  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends / public holidays when necessary
