Reports To: Guillaume Castagne, Co-founder and CEO
Role Purpose: We're looking for a driven and analytical super-star to join COVE's rapidly growing team. The role will be to support the CEO in his day-to-day tasks in opportunity assessment, business intelligence and investor relations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assessment of real estate opportunities / deals: evaluate the deal, create the financial projections (revenue and cost), liaise with internal teams esp. ID, marketing, operations etc. and make final recommendations to CEO
- Business Intelligence: set up the business intelligence of the company, build quantitative reports on Excel or any BI tool, liaise with each department of the company to create dedicated reporting, draw conclusions based on the outputs of the reports and advise the founders on set of actions to take
- Investor relations: help prepare investor updates and pitches, update and improve company business plan
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Essential
- Master or MBA in business / engineering
- Previous experience in management consulting or M&A
- Strong financial acumen and Excel modeling skills
- Strong presentation and Powerpoint skills
Preferred
- Previous experience working for a fast-growing start-up
- Previous experience using BI tools
- Previous experience in real estate
