COSL Drilling Pan-Pacific Ltd – Intern – Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant will exposure to the accounting functions, will assist in other financial fields for the Accounts Payable. The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but are not limited to the following;

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain vendor invoice list to reflect the exact status of each invoice and report
• Responsible for collecting and checking invoices
• Code vendor invoice, process invoice approval procedure and prepare payment
• Ensure proper record of the invoice transmittal
• Responsible for invoices exchange with divisions
• Collect vendors information and apply for new vendor code
• Duly prepare payment voucher according to the due date
• Responsible for filing invoices within the finance department
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree from Singapore Institute of Higher Learning
• Courses from Accounting / Finance / Business
• Detail oriented / organize / interactive / positive behavior
• Excellence in MS Office
• Figure oriented
