Cosfibel Premium – Marketing Strategy Intern

Mission :

The intern will work directly with the Sales Director for the Region and Managing Director of the Singapore office. Under his guidance he or she will help map out and execute several projects that are strategic to COSFIBEL and should help propel the company in new directions.

The projects will be one or several of the following :

• Conducting an in depth APAC consumer analysis of COSFIBEL products
• Work with the new database solution of COSFIBEL to create tools relevant to the APAC workflow
• Analysing new markets for COSFIBEL (identify prospects and players, define strategy)
• Creating a new dashboard for Management to improve visibility of existing data

His or her suggestions and opinions will be debated and challenged but highly valued and ultimately developed into full scale projects for the company.

Additionally, the candidate may be involved in the day to day Sales operation alongside the Sales Director.

The candidate may expect an intensive work experience but in a relaxed and personal setting in the CBD, in a company that is respectful of work / life balance and values employee’s opinions.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate is currently studying in a Business School or University (Bachelor degree minimum) with Marketing/Strategy focus and possess an outgoing personality. He or she combines a taste for strategic thinking and the entrepreneurial spirit that befits a small organization.

He or she is able to work independently and manage his/her time over a long period in order to obtain results. He or she has a good technology acumen.
