ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with client and reply for inquiry
• Prepare quotation to the client
• Prepare invoice billing to the client
• Make monthly sales summary and update project sales records
• Prepare documents including progress report and service report
• Assist to summarize company's clients and relevant parties
• To prepare job cost report

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Level in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Bilingual
