Job Description

HR Executive (Entry Level / MNC)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and assistance to supervisors/department managers on end to end recruitment for non-exempt employees
  • Prepare internal job posting and external advertisements for vacant positions
  • Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Propose salary package for selected candidate for non-exempt level
  • Conduct reference checks on possible candidates and arrange for pre-employment check-up
  • Perform work pass application/ renewal/appeal and termination such as work permit, S Pass and EP
  • Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and p-filing
  • Conduct exit interview for resignees
  • Coordinate on boarding procedures and conduct orientation to new employees
  • Maintain proper employee records and documentations
  • Verify employees’ claims as first level checker
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR events like career fairs, recruitment roadshows etc
  • Participate in social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees’ engagement

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
