Responsibilities:

- Support in running production to achieve production output and quality target

- Carry out machine improvement activities to ensure high productivity.

- Carry out quality improvement activities to ensure low reject.

- In-charge of machine maintenance and spare part so as to minimize machine downtime.

- Guide and train production technicians in troubleshooting of machine and quality trouble.

- Operating Machine and work as a team with Production Operators and Technicians

- Prepare equipment-related budget, maintenance and other equipment-related procedure.

- Prepare quality, machine and quantity data for daily and online judgment.

Requirements:

- NTC / NITEC Certificate / Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.

- Team player & ability to communicate, interact with all concerned parties

- Equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing

- Teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills in building positive relationship
