- Job Description
• Provide First Level support for all IT related issues/problems and service request.
• IT administrative work to address client’s concerns and issues.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide resolution of incidents escalated
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
• Perform service requests related to client platforms • Perform burn test for new POS terminal
• Installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other computer peripherals.
• Provide remote and onsite support for both Software and Hardware to customers
• Provide basic network technical support – WAN and LAN connectivity
• Perform rotational on-call responsibilities during holiday and weekend
• Provide other IT related support as needed
