Job Description

Team Converzion are looking for a Sales Intern to help support our business growth. You are a curious and skilled 'up and comer' who is interested in more than running errands and getting coffee then read on.  Come feed your curiosity and learn what it takes to succeed in one of the most exciting and sought after landscapes in the market. Most importantly, you have an interest in our industry.


You Will:

  • Work closely with BDMs, Project Leads to learn about the digital marketing landscape and get in front of the direct client, set-up meetings and provide pre-sales support 
  • Take initiative to understand email automation by nurturing new leads
  • Generate leads through channels including social selling (LinkedIN, event contacts, digital products, email newsletter)
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects with the guidance of BDM, Project Lead
  • Have the ability to drive interest in furthering the sales conversation
  • Know how to get around objections 
  • Have a open communication attitude that leads you to open to feedback and dedicated to self-improvement
  • Have interest to conduct research into companies, industries know how
  • Don’t hesitate to go for the extra miles in winning the heart by putting in extra effort to get the job done 
  • Open to learning the digital industry jargon - CPA, SSP, Customer Journey, Customer Experience etc. 


You are:

- Keenly interested in our industry 

- A team player

- A self-starter

- Strongly interested in writing, digital media, and social media

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Singapore

- Willing to take direction and see assignments through completion in a timely manner

- Studying marketing, advertising or other associated discipline

- Available to work at our office at Singapore’s coolest working space at the Working Capitol
