We are a dynamic automotive workshop specializing in accident claims, vehicle repairs, and customer-centric services. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team in handling administrative and customer service operations related to accident reporting and repair coordination.
• Handling of car accident reporting related matters
• Manage customer expectations from accident reporting to vehicle repair completion
• Create repair estimates for damaged vehicles
• Communicate with insurance company/surveyors for claims
• Manage & coordinate with technician on repair plans
• To be able handle customer enquiry & phone calls
• Prepare quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoicing
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by superior.
