DISCHARGE OF DUTIES
Permanent Night shift. work 2 night and off 2 nights. 12hrs shift.
As Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible, but not limited to, the duties of:
· Front-line customer service in call handling;
· Eliciting information and ensuring proper, timely escalation to relevant personnel;
· Assisting in problem solving and/or follow-up cases, where necessary; and
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
