Connect Centre Pte Ltd – Call Centre Agent

Founded in 2004, Connect Centre is a multi-channel outsourced contact centre that provides customer relationship management solutions, and was one of the first contact centres in the region to build a business based on the Social Enterprise Business Model. Connect Centre solutions and services are delivered across all common communication channels – Voice calls over the phone, Email, Livechat, and all widely adopted Messaging Apps.

DISCHARGE OF DUTIES

Permanent Night shift. work 2 night and off 2 nights. 12hrs shift.

As Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible, but not limited to, the duties of:

· Front-line customer service in call handling;

· Eliciting information and ensuring proper, timely escalation to relevant personnel;

· Assisting in problem solving and/or follow-up cases, where necessary; and

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Salary: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per month
