• Provide day to day support to Marketing Communications Manager undertaking set tasks as directed, including all aspects of Marketing Communications and advertising matters and liaising with Corporate Office as required.
• Assist Marketing Communications Manager with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This includes EDM marketing to engage customers.
• Maintain and manage hotel website ensuring content are updated and accurate
• Responsible for Community Management platforms such as Tripadvisor, Agoda, Booking.com etc where customers can make reviews regarding the hotel
• Development and production of new collaterals and advertisements for branding campaign.
• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
• Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
• Responsible for photo/video taking and editing for all social media content creation. This includes within and out of hotel content.
• Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills & a customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent command of English
• Meticulous, independent & efficient in executing and overseeing assigned projects
• At least one year of relevant working experience, preferably in web or database marketing.
• Must be familiar with digital marketing and social media skills, Facebook-savvy
• Familiar with Photography, Adobe software, and use of Macbook
• Basic graphics knowledge
• Confident and positive personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
