Job Description
Reporting to the IT Manager, the selected candidate assists the IT Manager effectively and consistently in overall direction and use information technology in the hotel to meet the needs and statutory requirements.
- Ensure and oversee the proper functioning of all in-house computer systems, namely: e.g. VMWare, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Office365 Email, Opera PMS (and related sub-systems)
- Together with the IT Manager, helps coordinate with effective IT operations for hotel’s need and advise appropriate solutions
- Solve users’ needs and problems pertaining to hardware and software
- Manage the daily backup of the system and data files
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma in Information Technology
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Good knowledge in Windows Network and Microsoft Office application
