• To maintain and update the Banquet Event Orders (BEO) clipboards on a daily basis
• To distribute BEOs to supporting departments
• To requisite and issue car park passes and to keep an accurate account on all passes issued and returned
• Proper use of Delphi
• To assist with all incoming telephone calls and incoming inquiries
• Conduct Site Inspections of the Hotel and Banquet Facilities
• To meet with clients as required
