Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Provide system integration activities for clients’ IT infrastructure.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and support WAN/LAN, firewall, servers, backup management, hardware & OS.
- Implementation of server, backup and storage (racking, cabling, patching, OS installation, start up).
- Deliver and manage IT services and service level agreements.
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
- Work with vendors to evaluate products and recommend enhancements.
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, communicating and resource allocation with the teams internally to work on different project requirements.
