Job Description

Summary

CompAsia is one of the leading solution providers for certified pre-owned phones and mobile applications, covering end to end mobile phone trading and business lifecycle. We collaborate with telcos, mobile operators, smartphone manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, insurance companies and consumers across Asia.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the company's E-Commerce inventory and operations:

  • Assist in the development of online marketing strategies for campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage social branding content and enquiries from our channels (FB, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Conduct research and monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas.
  • Maintain and analyze the performance of social media platforms using key performance metrics.
  • Schedule sales activity, prepare and follow up sales activities plans and performance.
  • To assist in the growth of the brand’s trust and reputation. (Google, FB).
  • Support to grow the brand’s E-Commerce business with collaborations/partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business management, marketing, or related field.
  • Communication skills are key - the ability to convince and to deliver are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, able to work independently (with minimal supervision).
  • Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) is a plus.
  • Experience in Shopify will be an added advantage.
